A) Students from all Boards/ Councils etc approved by CU are eligible to apply (subject, of
course, to eligibility in respect of marks and subject studied at HS level).
B) FOR ALL STUDENTS INTENDING TO APPLYa) Only candidates passing out H.S./Equivalent Examination in 2020 and 2023 are eligible to
apply.

SELECTION METHOD
A. FOR HONOURS COURSE –
a. The rank in the merit list will be prepared upon the merit score formula notified
herewith. Candidates will be selected strictly on the basis of Merit List and
subsequent On Line Expression of willingness.

City College Admission Counselling 2023
Students should note that preparation of Merit list will be done through Candidates marks in their Higher Secondary Examination. Minimum 50% marks is needed in order to be eligible for the Honours course. Government of West Bengal also provides Reservation of seats to those candidates who belongs from ST/SC and Physically disabled category. Counselling round will be conducted on the final day of Admission procedure. Each candidates should be present in person with their Original documents for Verification round.
