Southfield College, previously known as Loreto College, was established in 1961. The college is located in the district of Darjeeling, West Bengal. The Loreto Nuns had to transfer the college to the government of West Bengal because of the lack of staff and therefore be set up as Southfield College. Southfield College strives to provide women with a world-class learning to expand their minds to grow in the society and the world.
